At Cedar Sky, we want to provide you with a place to take a step back and recharge. We believe wholeheartedly in the benefits of hot and cold therapy; from the well documented benefits on cardiovascular health and recovery but equally the spiritual and mental benefits that come from embracing and enduring the cold. Our space has been designed to maximize these benefits amongst the trees with the peaceful sounds of nature, ocean and the occasional eagle cry.

We had the best time at Cedar Sky Spa!! Two girlfriends and I booked it for an afternoon and really enjoyed spending time in the beautiful forest setting having a relaxing sauna session. The spa is beautifully built, super clean and well equipped with towels and water. Declan was so helpful, getting us set up with instructions to get started. Would 10/10 recommend this experience to a friend and will be going back again!!

Cedar Sky is an unexpected hidden gem on the coast. The cedar barrel sauna and cold plunge circuit is a fantastic way to end an active day. It’s setup in a quiet, scenic natural spot surrounded by tall cedars making the space feel tucked away and private.
